Why should I meditate?

How do the sessions work?

Each session will be held at 12pm UK time, every weekday.

In order to attend, you’ll need to book your place via the Sessions page, which you’ll have access to once Pauseway goes live. Upon booking, you’ll receive a calendar invite with a private Zoom link.

At the start of the session, the Guide will introduce themselves, give people a few moments to join and get set up, then start the 10-minute guided meditation session.

How many sessions can I attend?

As an Early Access member, you’ll be able to attend as many guided meditation sessions as you like!
